Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Note: we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your country.
How do I track my order?
Once we’ve packed your order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (make sure you mark us as safe senders so we don’t go to your junk mail). You can always email us at orders@akisunday.com or chat with us via our website chat.
How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate for domestic (Australian) orders - $10 for standard delivery or $15 for express delivery via Australia Post.
International postage is calculated at checkout, depending on where you’re located.

My skin is sensitive. Can I use the Universal Body Oil?
Yes, we developed our Universal Body Oil for all skin types and with the most sensitive of skin in mind - babies! We use gentle ingredients that soothe your skin.

We have a very limited number of spaces for collaborations. Please email collab@akisunday to enquire.
Do you allow local pickup?
Unfortunately, we do not have this option at present. We do however offer express shipping if you need your order in a hurry! Send us an email or chat with us via our website chat to explore your shipping options.
